Finding the Outdoors

As many of you know, I am a huge advocate for introducing new folks to the outdoors. I believe firmly in the mind-body connection and how being active in nature can help us connect to ourselves and those around us on a deeper, more authentic and personal level.

So I am honored and humbled to have had the opportunity to write a guest post about my own experience Finding the Outdoors for PembaServes.

If you don’t know about these guys, you should. They are officially Outdoor Industry Brand Representatives and Consultants for the Upper Midwest, but they’re so much more.

They educate, motivate and inspire on a daily basis through their own experiences, community involvement and passion for the outdoors, as well as bringing that passion and motivation to their readers via their blog, facebook and regular updates on twitter.

So go check out my article and then explore what the folks over at PembaServes are up to.
